The line has successfully passed all hydrostatic testing and has been officially turned over to the operator for commissioning.

Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) continues to be one of the most critical methodologies in modern pipeline construction, particularly when navigating environmentally sensitive areas such as wetlands, rivers, and active highways.

At Copperhead Pipeline, we have recently upgraded our HDD fleet to include smart-tracking guidance systems. This technology allows our operators to monitor the drill head with pinpoint accuracy, ensuring we remain strictly within the engineered right-of-way profile. Hydrostatic testing is the ultimate proving ground for a newly constructed pipeline. Copperhead Pipeline recently deployed a state-of-the-art telemetry and pressure-monitoring system during the final commissioning of a 12-inch natural gas lateral.

By capturing real-time digital pressure logs over the 8-hour test period, our QA/QC teams eliminated the margin of error associated with manual chart recorders. The data not only proved the structural integrity and leak-free status of our welds, but provided the operator with a permanent, auditable digital record for PHMSA compliance. Innovation in testing ensures that the assets we build operate flawlessly on day one and year twenty.

A pipeline project is not truly finished until the land is fully restored. Last month, Copperhead's Right-of-Way (ROW) restoration crews were commended by state environmental agencies for their exceptional cleanup work on a 30-mile corridor in central Oklahoma.

Our environmental teams went above and beyond standard decompaction and grading. By utilizing a custom native-seed blend tailored specifically to the regional soil chemistry, we facilitated rapid revegetation that prevented seasonal erosion. We maintain that treating the land and the landowners with respect is a non-negotiable aspect of midstream infrastructure.

Copperhead Pipeline's Facility Construction division has officially handed over Phase II of the Freeport Metering Hub in Texas. The brownfield expansion required intricate coordination to tie into active, high-pressure lines without disrupting ongoing terminal operations.

Our structural concrete and mechanical piping crews worked in tandem to set heavy manifolds and metering skids, utilizing precise millimeter-accurate 3D scanning during the fabrication process. The project was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule and represents a major logistical upgrade for Gulf Coast export capabilities.
